Andrew S. Kohlberg
Founder and President
Andrew Kohlberg provides strategic planning and direction for property operations and develops leadership talent. He also identifies potential new acquisitions, development opportunities and strategic alliances. In addition to his role as president of Kisco Senior Living, Mr. Kohlberg is the Managing Principal of Kisco Real Estate Holdings LP, and supervises family investments in real estate.
Mitchell K. Brown
Executive Vice President of Development
Mitchell Brown manages Kisco Development LLC, the real estate development group for Kisco Senior Living and Kisco Apartment Communities. Over the past six years, Kisco Development completed more than $200 million in new additions to Kisco’s portfolio and has another $150 million in committed projects. These projects include new senior living campuses with independent, congregate and assisted living ranging from 160 to 208 units as well as active adult communities (55+) of up to 264 units.
Terri Novak
Executive Vice President of Operations
Terri Novak oversees the day-to-day operations of Kisco’s communities, and is responsible for more than $100 million in revenue and 1,600 associates. She develops programs to monitor and improve all aspects of customer satisfaction for residents and their families. Ms. Novak has more than 25 years of management experience, with more than 18 of those years focused in leadership positions in the senior housing and healthcare industries.
Brenda Post
Vice President of Human Resources
Brenda Post leads the Human Resources team to implement programs, policies and practices to enhance associate satisfaction, residence satisfaction, reduce turnover, and create a great place to work for all associates. As Vice President of Human Resources for Kisco Senior Living, Ms. Post is responsible for the development of HR strategy, organizational effectiveness and developing people. She has more than 20 years experience in the human resources development arena, with an expertise in organizational and team effectiveness, leadership development, and managing change.
Clay Tyler
Vice President, Information Systems
Clay Tyler keeps Kisco's technology infrastructure running and growing by delivering such critical information capabilities as business applications, productivity solutions, voice and data networking, data center operations, and custom information solutions. As Vice President of Information Systems for Kisco Senior Living, Mr. Tyler's specializations include project management, web development, data communications and distributed processing. He has been active in the information systems and technology field for 25 years.
Marty Smith Clark, RN
Community Resource Team
Marty Smith Clark develops and implements programs to monitor, support and improve the quality of resident care and operations of multiple Kisco Senior Housing Communities located in 6 states. A primary management role for her at Kisco is focused on Assisted Living, Independent Living, Alzheimer's, dementia care, community based services and state licensing compliance. Ms. Clark has 17 years of experience in the Senior Housing field with 15 of those focused in leadership within publicly held as well as privately owned companies.
